ADRET

Guillaume Gibert and Baptiste Rischmann have founded new French furniture company ADRET. Its name comes from the old Occitan word for a mountain slope exposed to the sun, where the rock is warm and Man finds his natural place. ADRET’s pieces are conceived as landscapes. Led by light and form, they become indispensable, elegant and deeply rooted in the space.

ADRET’s first collection, composed of seven pieces of furniture, was presented at Paris Design Week in September 2025. It showcases exceptional craftsmanship, with each piece telling a particular story: that of a gesture, a material, or a balance achieved.

Characterised by raw materials – such as steel, solid oak or lava stone – and silhouettes that are both architectural and delicate, each piece quite naturally assumes its position within a space. Between functionality and elegance, the timeless pieces form a perfectly constructed dialogue. ADRET works as the common thread, the subtle link, between these individualities. From this collection rises a discrete, almost instinctive sophistication: the very essence of a collection.
